Breeding Journal is a digital service owned by Calobre AB. Starting your account is done by visiting www.breedingjournal.com where you choose a subscription or you buy the app in your App Store or at Google Play. In order for you to feel secure in your purchase, you are always welcome to contact our support and customer service by e-mail info@breedingjournal.com if you have questions about your order. After you have started your subscription, you undertake to monitor your registered e-mail address as all communication regarding your subscription takes place by e-mail.
Prices and payment
All prices are stated in Swedish kronor and include 25% VAT and other fees. When you shop at www.breedingjournal.com, card payment is processed by either Google or Apple, a secure electronic payment solution. All card information is stored in accordance with the card network's regulations. No credit card data is stored in our database, even when you choose to save the card for future purchases.
Your bank statement may include Breeding Journal. Payment for monthly subscriptions takes place every month and annual subscriptions once a year. In the event of non-payment, the login will be closed. When a subscription has been closed for 6 months in a row, the subscription will be deleted and all information in your Breeding Journal subscription will be deleted from the database.
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal, according to the law on distance contracts and contracts outside business premises, from the time you order the service. The right of withdrawal ceases to apply when you start using the service, when you have registered your dogs in your subscription. If you regret your order or want to end a monthly subscription, contact us by the contact information you received via the order confirmation. We will close your account immediately.
Confirmation
When your order has been received, confirmation will be sent to you with information about your order. Save the order confirmation to have on hand in the event of contact with Breeding Journal and Calobre AB.
In the event of a dispute
In the event of a dispute, the General Complaints Board's recommendations are followed.
Other
You as a customer are responsible for the information you enter in the Breeding Journal.
Changes
